Shipping Policy

At LuxeAir Scents, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and at the best possible rate. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales, or product launches), order processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Free shipping is available on orders over 40$.


U.S. & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited options are available at an additional cost.


Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • LuxeAir Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Luxeairscents@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
