Return & Refund Policy

At LuxeAir Scents, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.

    • In the original packaging.

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used fragrance products (due to hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange an item, contact us at Luxeairscents@hotmail.com with your order number and details.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Luxeairscents@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Luxeairscents@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
